Our crust is made with a blend of imported Italian Artisan flour and ultra premium Montana wheat flour. Our sauce is made with San Marzano plum tomatoes from the Campania region of Italy. Pizzas are made with a variety of Artisan and house-made cheeses, local and regional produce and meats, and Artisan specialties from around the world.

Any* 12” pizza can be made Gluten-Free for an additional $2.75
We make our Gluten-Free dough, in-house, from scratch, using our own flour blend. The pizza is on a thin, 12” crust with toppings that go all the way to, and often times over, the edge.
*Our Gluten-Free dough contains dairy and is NOT vegan, we can make a Gluten-Free pizza without additional cheese on top but the rim will most likely have many more charred bits.
Calzones
Calzones come filled with mozzarella, ricotta, parmesan, and your choice of up to three ingredients. *Sauce is served on the side.

Hummus
The Kalvash (Garbanzo Beans) used in our hummus are grown by Ramona Farms, along the Keli Akimel (Old Man River), located on the Gila River Indian Community. The Akimel O’odham (River People) have been growing Kalvash in the area since the early 1700’s and Ramona Button keeps this tradition alive today, growing heirloom Tepary Beans, Heritage Corn Varieties & Ancient Grain Wheat. Our Tahina is made w/ single-sourced origin, organically grown white sesame, produced in the Humera region of Ethiopia. Enjoy!

Grown by Ramona Farms on the Gila River Indigenous American Community, the heirloom white Tepary bean is one of the most drought resistant beans on the planet. The Soup has a Bianco Di Napoli Tomato broth seasoned with Fresh Ginger, Garlic, Fire-Roasted Whipstone-Farm Chilis, Fresh-Ground Spices and Hose-Made Harissa. Filled with Organic Veggies, and topped with a Fresh Squeeze of Lemon and some Mountain-Meadow-Farm Cilantro, grown right down the road. Served With a Slow-Fermented Hearth-Baked Mini Pita or Gluten Free Crackers.
